CP3

CP3 is a multi-disciplinary student-led initiative bracing Concordia University’s plastic waste management by recycling plastic on-site and raising awareness of the plastic crisis. We are a group of students across all four faculties united by the goal of protecting the environment and giving plastic waste a new life.

Sustainability Action Fund

The Sustainability Action Fund is a student run fee levy group at Concordia. The majority of funding goes to support projects to develop sustainable infrastructure, urban agriculture, community-building, and education surrounding environmental and community issues, with the long-term goal of inspiring and developing a culture of sustainability at Concordia.

Concordia Greenhouse

A collectively run, consensus-based, non-profit organization. The Greenhouse uses the Henry H. Hall Building rooftop greenhouse as an all-organic space geared towards community, education and sustainable horticulture. It’s a year-round green space that hosts workshops, projects and events raising awareness around food issues and alternatives to mainstream consumerism.

CUCCR

CUCCR (Concordia University’s Center for Creative Reuse) is dedicated to diverting materials from inside Concordia’s waste-stream and offering them to the general community free of cost at the Used Material Depot, where collected materials are stored and put on display. It also includes space for making.
